WeGig is a mobile marketplace that connects users with local professionals who provide services directly at your locationโ€”like haircuts, home cleaning, massage, and more.

How do I book a service?

  • Download the WeGig app
  • Sign up as a customer
  • Browse services in your area
  • Select a provider and choose an available time
  • Confirm the booking and pay securely through Stripe

What types of services are available?

WeGig offers a range of on-location services, including:

  • And more (availability may vary by region)

How do I pay for a service?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe within the app. You can use credit/debit cards.

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel a booking from your profile under โ€œMy Appointments.โ€ Please note that some providers may have cancellation policies.

How are providers vetted?

All service providers are required to:

  • Verify their identity
  • Provide basic business information.
  • Pass a rigorous application process where location and service are vetted by our team.
  • Agree to WeGigโ€™s quality and safety standards

We also encourage customer reviews to maintain transparency and trust.

Is WeGig available in my area?

WeGig is currently launching in select regions. New cities and countries will be added soon. You can enter your location during sign-up to check availability.

How can I become a service provider?

  • Sign up as a customer in the app.
  • Select the Menu at the top left and find the Switch Mode Button.
  • Select it and then click the + at the top right of the screen.
  • Submit your basic details and services
  • Set your availability and start receiving bookings
  • WeGig is open to freelancers, small business owners, and professionals offering mobile services.
